Sales Assistant

Job Duties/Description:

  • Train customers on new copier installs (KM, Sharp, Lexmark, Epson)
  • Train new sales reps on product line and functionality.
  • Train and put together cheat sheets for PaperCut software for clients.
  • Answer customer questions regarding their specific equipment functionality.
  • Put together manufacture pricing for sales team.
  • Work with Agent Dealer to get pricing into software.
  • Assist with price requests to manufacturers on bid opportunities.
  • Manage all outgoing Inter-territorial equipment placements for AIS which includes filling out forms and sending info to out of state dealers.
  • Manage sales to date spreadsheets for quarters 1-4 on all sales per rep with their sales quotas and submit to sales manager and owner quarterly.
  • Manage equipment brochures on AIS website. Work with IT support to update on website as needed.
  • Update SharePoint with AIS Sales forms, pricing and electronic documents.
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education with a business/marketing emphasis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication techniques with the ability to listen attentively.
  • Proactive sense of urgency to take the initiative and be assertive.
  • Able to multi-task, thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • A reliable team player who is flexible and customer-oriented, dedicated, loyal and hard working.

Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking high energy and highly motivated individuals to join our sales team. We offer a lucrative commission plan, multiple bonus opportunities, contests, trips, team events in an amazing family based culture.

You will be responsible for working with new and existing clients on the following products and services: Office technology equipment solutions and service plans, interactive boards, IT service offerings, managed print services and Voice Solutions. This is a territory based sales position and requires local travel daily. Phone and car allowance included in compensation plan. Must have a valid MN drivers license and insurance.

Key duties & responsibilities include:

  • Promote all products and solutions to new and current clients through prospecting and cold calling, targeted accounts, lead resources, and current client referral sources.
  • Account management and achieving expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Introducing new products, offering promotions, and assisting to resolve customer issues.
  • Contract negotiation and submission, and account documentation.
  • Work with other AIS employees to complete projects and continue building relationships with existing accounts.

Managed IT/Voice Outside Sales

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing the existing client base and finding new IT clients in the designated sales area.
  • Net new development of sales territory.
  • Working closely with hardware sales people to team sell AIS portfolio as well as engineers and customer support team to implement and support AIS solutions.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of sales experience or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 years of territory sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A technical aptitude in Tier 1 IT solutions.

Field Service Technician

We provide uniform shirts, a laptop, smart phone, a company vehicle and technicians are responsible for maintaining accurate car stock and inventory count.

  • Information Technology education and/or experience.
  • Clean cut appearance; no visible tattoos (including sleeves) or piercings are allowed.
  • Must have parking available to take a company vehicle home every day.
